Mash bill, fermentation and distillation done completely in house. Locally sourced GMO-free corn grown at a family farm in Snow Hill, MD and rye sourced from Laurel, DE as an ode to Maryland’s rich rye history. Mash bill also consists of barley. Aged four years in 53 gallon medium char American white oak barrels in our own local rack room. 90 proof and unbelievably smooth. This is MD pride bottled! Tasting Notes: Aroma of slight charred oak, vanilla and cornbread. Taste consisting of maple syrup and vanilla with a hint of leather. Offers a slight spice upfront with a long, full finish.
